Timothy Pfleiderer - Project Manager (Trim Carpentry Crew)

     Tim joined Premier in 2004 and has 19 years of experience in the construction industry.  Prior to joining Premier, he worked throughout Central Florida in both residential and commercial construction.

     Tim joined the United States Navy in 1978.  Following his enlistment, he attended Basic Training at the Great Lakes Naval Training Center in Chicago, Illinois.  Graduating in the top 2% of his class, he was meritoriously promoted to E-2.  He also served on the aircraft carrier USS Independence before being honorably discharged.

     In 1982, Tim attended Mid-Florida Technical School and completed a 4-year journeyman carpentry training course in 1986 earning a diploma in commercial and residential construction and blueprint reading.  Following graduation, Tim worked with custom home builders in the area, including Gebben Custom Builders whose owner Greg Gebben now works for Premier as well.  Tim next went to work in the carpentry division of Lamphier and did commercial restoration, waterproofing and concrete restoration.  In 1995, he started Tim's Home Improvements which performed remodeling and maintenance contracting throughout Central Florida.  Tim has held supervisory positions on several of our area's largest construction projects including the Orange County Convention Center, Disney, Sea World, Cape Kennedy and the Orange County Public Library.

     Tim currently lives in Deltona with his son and is a member of the Deltona Youth Soccer Club and has coached Little League baseball, Pony League baseball and youth soccer.
